[Fedora-packaging] Desktop files: "Application" category

Hey there,

A few months ago, desktop files packaging was discussed on
fedora-extras-list:

This mail makes me think the Application category is deprecated, but on the
official Packaging Guidelines page :
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#desktop
the sample still has the Application Category.

So, should we add this category, even if it is not listed as a standard
category in the spec ?
