fedora-release still at 8.90, 8.91?

Hrm...  s'pose that's a valid use.  So long as there is a valid reason
for munging the release number each time I'm ok with doing it.  I just
hate doing things for the sake of doing things because that's just been
done since before I got here and we can't change anything (:
