Yes, we can write it as  فيدورا
As for KDE and openoffice, openoffice is aword, just like fedora, it is a 
word, not an appreviation !!!
KDE is an appreviation, and would look ugly to use the Arabic letters or words 
to represent it.
As for fedora and openoffice, I believe we can write them in arabic
فيدورا و اوبن اوفيس
