[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #37: GSUB tables don't work properly for Arabic fonts

Hi Cuters,

System: 2.6.10-1mdk i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ GNU/Linux
Qt 4.0.0-rc1-snapshot-20050429

Glyph Substitution Table (GSUB) provides information used to substitute glyphs 
according to the script and language system currently used. In OpenOffice.org 
for example when I type the Arabic word
بما
It looks as in the attachment. In Qt4 no glyph substitution occurs. I tested 
with two fonts: Traditional Arabic and Lotus Linotype.
