I will begin with the bugs already filed. They are also on the OpenBugs.html

In addition to the bug about ar_CC missing which we spoke about. As you said 
it's better to bring them on one by one and fix that one first before 
discussing the other. So for this thread I choose the bug of missing ar_CC as 
the most important since the other bugs depends upon it. I already explained 
why we need different ar_CC locales in  the previous message. You would do us 
a great favour if you can utilize your channels to speed the process.
