[Fedora-trans-ar] Can't Read the Arabic translated text :))

Munzir.. i don't know what's wrong.. i just tried on POEditor.. but
still the same thing happens..
After i changed the encodings to UTF-8.. the content-type of PO file
changed too from "application/x-xml2pot;" to "text/plain;"..

Anyway.. i should try on kababel in home tonight..isa
