[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #23: QPushButton doesn't show the Arabic letter underlined when diacritics are used

System: Linux localhost 2.6.10-1mdk i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ 

CODE:
    QPushButton *button = new QPushButton(QObject::trUtf8("&تَ"));

PROBLEM:
    The Arabic letter is not underlined as expected.
