Although there are translations to improve, it would be useless to
have an only English Fedora Linux.
I woudn't be able to make my customers use Linux and the software I
make. They would ask to install another OS in Spanish.
It is not an option.

Anyway, English is selected by default when you install Fedora.
You are free to choose the language in every login.
