参照先、 http://www.gnu.org/licenses/ の記載もあるので翻訳して問題なさそ
うにも見えますね。 念のため fedora-trans-list に確認してみてはどうでしょ
うか。 メンテナーあるいはアップストリームの最終的な判断を得るのがよいと
思います。
