Come on, it's only a 8-line change *only* in the wiki index page, just 
to point to the work that people are doing with translations of 
information :-)

When the CMS is ready, there will be no differences to the current 
wiki's state. It's a minimal change just to recognize people's work on 
information sharing with all kinds of people. That's the reason I'm 
being annoying with this :)

No work is going to be wasted. As the translations are made, one can 
copy and paste to the new CMS system or use some "migration" scheme just 
like the normal english wiki pages -> cms system. The pages are 
completely equal in structure, only different in the language presented.
