[Fedora-xen] etho disappears in dom 0 FC6

After rebooting on a xen-kernel FC6 (2.6.28-1.2860.fc6)  , eth0 NIC 
device is not available.
Rebooting on a non xen kernel it re-appears.
Any ideas ?
