[Fedora-xen] Unable to start a FC3 domU under FC6 using Fedora bundled Xen packages

Hi,
this is the error I get when I try to start my FC3 domU.

exec of init (/sbin/init) failed!!!: No such file or directory
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

I can share any config if you need to check something.

Any help/idea is *REALLY* appreciated.
