Only if doing HVM fully virtualized guests.

Paravirtualized guests have to match architecture exactly because of the
shadow page table impl used in Xen.

In Xen 3.0.5 there is now compat support to do i386 on x86_64 in paravirt
too, however, that is not part of FC6 or F7. Given the expected release
cycle of 3.0.5 we're fairly unlikely to have 3.0.5 in Fedora until F8.
