[Feedhenry-raincatcher] Workorder list on the Scheduler page

Hi Jon

There appears to be a bug in the raincatcher-schedule module. It is causing
newly created work orders to not appear in the list of un-assigned work
orders in the schedule module.

As a workaround, you can assign newly-created work orders to users and in
the scheduler, drag them to the un-assigned list. This will get around the
current bug.

Thanks
Niall
