[Feedhenry-raincatcher] RainCatcher step generator

Hi,

I think that is great work!

I just tried it out and all that was left to do was, add the references to
it in the mobile app and portal:

   - package.json
   - app.js
   - app.scss

Rebuild and boom!

Thanks a million for this, I think it is worth including in Raincatcher for
sure.
