Yes, it should be able to delete them. They are possibly left-overs from some
of your earlier testing. Some confusion may appear from the fact, that on
RHEL-6.5, there are 2 DS instances. One running on 389 serving the main suffix,
one running on 7389 serving the PKI database.

Normally, when CA is not configured, RHEL-6.5 server should have just one
replication agreement with RHEL-7.0 DS for the main suffix.

When CA is configured, RHEL-6.5 DS on port 389 will still have one replication
agreement with RHEL-7.0 DS (main suffix), but there will be also second
replication agreement in RHEL-6.5 DS on port 7389 with RHEL-7.0 DS. As you can
guess, RHEL-7.0 will have two replication agreements in this case, one with IPA
DS and one with PKI DS.

ipa-cs-replica-manage from my RHEL-6.5:
# ipa-csreplica-manage list
Directory Manager password:

rhel7.example.com: master
rhel6.example.com: master

# ipa-csreplica-manage list `hostname`
Directory Manager password:

rhel7.example.com

ipa-cs-replica-manage from my RHEL-7.0:

# ipa-csreplica-manage list
Directory Manager password:

rhel6.example.com: master
rhel7.example.com: master

# ipa-csreplica-manage list `hostname`
Directory Manager password:

rhel6.example.com

HTH,
Martin
