The "Download Latest" link now provides the proper 7.8-20200310.el8
packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 certification efforts.

This issue was originally mentioned in the Red Hat Certification 7.8
announcement[1]. The issue that was preventing the Red Hat Customer
Portal from displaying some of the Red Hat Certification 7.8 packages
as "LATEST" has been corrected.
