[K12OSN] yum and apt-get problem

At some point in the last few weeks both yum and apt-get had their 
repository information nuked. So now the only items list in the sources 
point to fedora and macromedia but not the ltsp stuff.

I should point out that I am using 4.0

If anyone could send me /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mirror-select.list or 
the yum equivalent that would be wonderful.

The instructions said to use Windows 98 or better.... So I installed 
Linux.
