[K12OSN] Loading vmlinuz.ltsp

Hi eveybody,
I have just put /once again/ a fresh copy of k12lstsp on my server v 4.0.1.
It has two network cards, a onboard and a add-on card (expansion slot) i
have set both cards to DHCP, i dont plan of going onto the net, these will
be indapendent to all my other networks. i turned the fire wall OFF for the
same reason, that i wont be on the net.
Now after making a boot disk from rom o matic heres where my client gets to,

Scanning for server (DHCP).....
me=192.168.0.254 server=192.168.0.254 gateway=192.168.0.254
loading 192.168.0.254:lts/vmlinuz.ltsp..................

Thats all it does,
if anyone has some help PLEASE help me,
