[K12OSN] New (final?) K12LTSP 4.1.0 beta

First off, happy 5th birthday to the LTSP project!


LTSP 4.1 was officially released today. That means we're just about
ready to go with K12LTSP 4.1.

I've uploaded shiny new ISO images and have updated the apt/up2date/yum
repositories with packages built from the official LTSP 4.1 release.

Give these puppies a spin & let us know ASAP how it goes. Please report
any and all bugs!

I'll start my testing process as well. If all goes well, we'll do an
official K12LTSP 4.1.0 release this weekend.
