Your trouble is that the ltsp kernel is not recognizing the nic.  I have
been talking to Jim McQuillan on irc and asked him to add the following
pci ids:

1186:4c00 sk98lin
11ab:4320 sk98lin
1371:434e sk98lin
1737:1032 sk98lin
1737:1064 sk98lin

I would imagine that if you ran lspci -n on that machine you would see
one of those.

I will ask him if there is a way to force the linux kernel loaded by
pxelinux to recognize those but I imagine it will require a new kernel.
