[K12OSN] New Icewm rpms on fedora compared with rh9

I've gotten the subject line filled out this time... good!

I've just grabbed the latest icewm pile of rpms from Eric's fedora2 testing 
dir and have noticed that after the install on a vinalla existing Fedora2 
box, ps shows:

In comparison with the older rh9 k12-3.1.x icewm install, I don't think that 
I've ever seen icewmtray or icewmbg showing up.  I have commented out the 
nautilus entry, and used my preferences file from the 3.1.2 install.

Can I get these two (icewmtray and icewmbg), unwanted bins not to run at 
start?
