The tech folks at Grand Rapids Public Library in Michigan have cooked up a
scheme that meters internet access and they have configured squid and apache
and perl to put the time a patron has left in the titlebar on the browser.
They have packaged the system up for download- look at http://www.grpl.org/ism/
