[K12OSN] switching eth0 and eth1

I had the same situation and solved it the same way.
But when I looked at the files that changed as a result,
I wondered if just editing /etc/sysconfig/hwconf and swapping 
the lines
device: eth0
device: eth1 
would do the trick.

Does anyone know?
