[K12OSN] 2 NIC, now not booting

I don't know if it's related to your problem or not, but using the 
addresses you listed below means both of your NICs are now on the same 
subnet and I suspect that will cause some routing problems.  You may 
want to put, say, eth1 on 192.168.1.5 instead.
