[K12OSN] Emergency: Cannot install 4.4....hanging on pnp stuff

Hi all,

Trying to load K12LTSP 4.4 (FC4) on my servers and I'm having the damndest
time.  I load disc one...it gets to the boot prompt...I hit enter and then
it hangs....the last message is something like

isapnp: No Plug & Play device found

I've tired "noprobe"...no dice...I'm stumped and desperate...these
machines are Intel mobo with dual Xeon's etc.  Nothing funky.  Any ideas?
