[K12OSN] odd samba happenings

I have had this problem before, and unfortunately, the only way to now fix 
the bad accounts is to:
a.) manually set passwords
b.) delete the accounts, fix the problem and re-create the accounts.

I cannot remember how I fixed my samba/webmin thing, but you might try to 
remove webmin and re-install it.
