[K12OSN] Setting proxy in Firefox for ALL users...HOW?

For initial proxy settings on our server I setup the initial account,
set the Firefox settings to what I wanted then copied ./mozilla
to /etc/skel and then all new accounts created work just wonderfully.
Not sure how to get those settings to current users...maybe something
like:

cp -Rf /etc/skel/.mozilla /home/*/.mozilla

Now if only I could figure out how to do something similar with IE
running under wine. :-/
