[K12OSN] k12ltsp 4.2 exception during install

I've been trying to load k12ltsp v4.2 and I keep getting the following anaconda exception error.  It happens after the disc image loads and the rpm packages start installing:

I have the following hardware:
Delll PowerEdge 2400  2X500
512MB RAM
3 18GB drives in Raid-5
Perc 2si Controller (raid)
Adaptec onboard controller


Any help would be appreciated on
