[K12OSN] smbldap-installer bug fix.... version 1.1 available

Rich McCue discovered an "oops" in the smbldap-installer script.  (Good
catch Rich!)  It was a simple matter of the path of the smbldap-tools
executable was wrong in smb.conf.  If you already have a server up and
running with version 1.0 of the script....simply download version 1.1 and
rerun the script.....that will fix the issue and should nat affect
anything else.  You can get a copy here....
