I use it as well. I'd be lost without it. Though the quizzing interface and the db for sorting questions is still kind of limited I use moodle on a daily basis.

I used to use Hot Potatoes.

Moodle is the "one true way," but it has a lot of function there if you only
want to use it for quizzing. I really like Moodle.
