What you want to do is configure Samba/LDAP on your new server with
the same settings you have on your old server (same base_dn, same
Windows domain, etc.). Then run slapcat to get an LDIF file of your
database. Copy that LDIF file to your new server and do a 'slapadd'
to read it in.

The slapadd may take a while, especially if you have a large database.
If you use the Berkeley Database (BDB), then you could consider
temporarily adding "dbnosync" to your /etc/slapd.conf to speed this up
dramatically. ('man slapd-bdb' for more explanation)
