Hello All,
Xalf workd well with Icewm , I have tried with using xtdesk , which
gives Icons on Icewm desktop.

You need to build your own menu which will run batch files redirected
with xtdesk command.
Like office in /usr/bin will run Openoffice with soffice file located in
/opt/openoffice/program directory.
Add xalf with options to that and you will have pointer movements with ICEWM
