[K12OSN] interesting way to use Cygwin/X

Why not write a small GTK application (if you're not a hardcore
programmer - perhaps with something like PHP-GTK), install the full
putty suite (or use cygwin/ssh) on the machine, create a PPK (Putty
Keygen) (or ssh_keygen) file and use plink (or ssh) with the Keygen
file to trigger that app? Then you can have a batch file or a shortcut
on your start menu to open that app (using plink to launch the app).

I'll try to see if I can put something together like that during the
week if I get a chance.

With this, you could create a linux kiosk for windows (or potentially
more linux?)
