[K12OSN] Setting the default homepage on client browsers

I'm trying not to flood the list with a lot of really basic questions, 
but I'm new here and the on-line documentation I've found so far doesn't 
get into all the nooks and crannies I want to explore

So I'm limiting myself to one really basic question per day.

And here's today's question.

Just got my first K12LTSP lab connected to the Internet (no big deal - a 
five foot patch cord was all it took). Now I want to configure the 
server so that all the client browsers start with a default home page 
that I select.

Any suggestions, please.
