Is the K12LTSP server set up for ip forwarding and masquerading?
Is "nat" active? ("service nat start" to start now, "chkconfig nat on" to start
automatically after reboot)

It's not an issue for your ltsp workstations, since the actual processing is
done at the server end, and it's connected directly to the Internet.
