[K12OSN] printers and default settings?

How can I remove old "ghost" printers? They don't seem to show up as viable
printers on the server, but all the clients want to print to them. I have
double and triple instances of printers.

Also, how can I set all clients to default to 1280x1024 but with large fonts
and icons? Can I set this globally?
