[K12OSN] terminals now fail to boot

The symptoms indicate that the TFTP server is not running. Verify you
have the tftpd installed and running (it often starts
from /etc/xinetd.d/tftp as an xinetd service). Also verify that the PXE
boot files are located properly in the location/tree indicated in
the /etc/dhcp.conf file.

The other thing to check for if firewall. Be sure that tftp port is open
(69 udp and tcp) and multicast-tftp (1758 udp and tcp)
