[K12OSN] VNC and LTSP terminal client problem

ive had my moments as well..five mor or less identical rhel3 installs..but
one ill be damned if i can get icewm to work on it..even had fabian franz
the author working on it..i did learn a lot of diagnostic stuff..but still
one server works only in kde..chuck
