[K12OSN] dhcp flexibility

If I recall correctly, there's no "comment block" convention for config 
files, which are essentially shellscripts.  If you really have a huge 
block, my suggestion would be to use Kate or some other text editor to 
do the editing, as you can drag-comment large sections of text that way, 
then copy the conf back to the original location (be sure you backup and 
get correct file permissions!).
