[K12OSN] samba drives/home folder and MS Vista probs

In my testing using Vista boxes as clients doesn't work well with Samba 
< 3.0.23

3.0.25 also adds some Vista performance fixes, and 3.0.25c was just 
released.  Perhaps distros will backport some of the fixes.
