[K12OSN] Building a new school- need input

Brandon Elementary in Atlanta is doing this.  When I visited the school 
in December they were retrofitting the classrooms to get a 1:1 ratio in 
the 1st grade and other classes.  1st grade! They got to it gradually, 
starting with a 3:1 ratio.  The teachers then became the drivers for 
more computers in the classroom because they saw themselves what having 
all those computers can do for teaching.  Contact William Fragakis or
