You still have to register the install to your account before the yum
repo settings are activated on your server.

You could try to open a root shell and type the command

rhn_register --nox

And then follow the instructions, it will ask you for your RHN Username
and Password and once it has finished, the repo config will be added to
you and then you can do a yum update and so on without any issues.
