[katello-devel] Notice ownership

Hello,

question to folks involved in notifications.

Is there any record of author if the notice? I am implementing 
permission checks for notices and I assume we use them as self-notices 
only right now. That means users sends notices themselves only.

But we are going to use this for messages among users, are we? We should 
track author of the notice (message) then. Can I add such a column for that?
