[katello-devel] error handling in orchestration

Yet another change in orchestration engine insides. Now when an 
exception is thrown during orchestration, and after the rollback is 
performed, the original exception that started it all will be re-thrown 
(and thus will show up in controllers).

If you are writing orchestration code, instead of using old and busted 
Glue.falure method, simply log the error, and then re-raise the exception!
