[katello-devel] New package katello-cli-tests

Hello,

I have created a new package katello-cli-tests containing system tests.
If you want to run them on a provisioned box, just install the rpm and
then do:

/usr/share/katello/script/cli-tests/cli-system-test all

I would like to ask Mike/Shannon to add the package to our builder and
brew if there are no objections.
