[katello-devel] F16 preview available

You can install F16 Katello now, but you need to hand edit your pulp and 
candlepin /etc/yum.repos.d files to point at F15 since those lazy 
projects haven't released F16 RPMs yet.  repo is available here:

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/katello/fedora-16/x86_64/

Install went fine, came up after the first run of katello-configure.
