[katello-devel] Upgraded katello's version of pulp to pulp-1.1.4-1

We were previously using pulp-1.0.0-8 which had a deadlock bug that 
caused problems during promotion.

This bug was fixed in pulp's 1.1.* release line so I ugpraded the pulp 
packages here:

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/pulp/

to the latest in Pulp's testing repositories.  If this causes issues 
please let the list know.
