we may have to reset all the existing bugs that are already in ASSIGNED 
back to NEW that people might not actively be working on (12 bugs) :

not a big deal but something to consider.

+1, also means we should work to at least triage all the un-triaged bugs 
(~145 today) before bug day.  That would help get a much better picture 
of the bugs we need to work to resolve.
