[katello-devel] new install error

Hi,

This is due to change of location of pulp content dir from /etc/pki to 
/etc/pki/pulp. This change was introduced in pulp-0.1.256.Since this 
version is already build in brew and I've got an information that SE 
should run with that version, I''ve updated Katello to reflect this 
changes. See [1].
